archiPELI is led by Mr. Fred Perez, Jr., AIA, Principal and CEO. A founding member of the firm, Mr. Perez brings over 30 years of architectural experience across a wide range of commercial, educational, governmental, and private-sector projects.
His portfolio includes work for major clients such as the City of El Paso, Sun Metro, Fort Bliss Corps of Engineers, El Paso Water Utilities, El Paso Electric Company, the Housing Authority of El Paso, Maverick County, UTEP, Sul Ross State University, El Paso Community College, and the El Paso, Socorro, Ysleta, and Clint Independent School Districts. He has also completed extensive work for Tropicana Properties, Tropicana Homes, the Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo (Tigua Tribe), Planet Fitness facilities throughout El Paso, and multiple medical, industrial, and private clients.
Notable projects under his leadership include the Eastwood Park and Marty Robbins Recreation Centers, the AB Fall Mansion Remodel, the Irving Schwartz Library Improvements, the Mission Valley Transit Terminal and Visitor Center, and the Bert Williams Downtown Santa Fe Transit Terminal.
